MEET THE TEAM

CODY GIBBS, owner

Cody poured his first footing, alongside his father, at age 14. Cody has worked for Gibbs Construction (formerly Gibbs Concrete) in some capacity, since 1994. Needless to say, Cody has extensive experience in the concrete world. He leads his team by example of strong work ethic, honesty, timeliness and an understanding of the clients needs. Cody is not afraid to join his team in the trenches. When he finds the time, Cody enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar in a worship band, serving on mission trips and keeping up with his 6 year-old daughter.

Juan Colis, foreman

Juan has worked in the concrete industry for 26 years and lead as a creative foreman for Gibbs Construction for the past 12 years. Juan is driven and hard working. He strives to keep projects on schedule, has a mechanical-mind and pays close attention to details. Juan appreciates the challenge of artistic and architectural concrete. Juan can do it all. He is easy to work with, loves complicated floor plans and creative concrete design. "The more extensive the plans, the better", is Juans motto. Away from work, Juan and his wife are proud parents to 3 children, who are very involved in academics, cheerleading and games.

Antonio Romero, foreman

For the past 31 years, Antonio has been working in the concrete industry, and has been with GC for 8 years. He enjoys diversity in his projects, from residential, to foundations, to flatwork to hardscaping. He is very thorough, easy-going and a pleasure to work with. Outside of work, you will find Antonio enjoying time with his wife and 3 adult children, farming/gardening, hunting or fishing.

TIM WEMHANER, crane operator

With over a decade of experience in the crane and rigging industry, Tim Wemhaner has become a trusted expert in handling a wide range of projects, from precision hot tub installations to complex multi-crane heavy lifts. His career has seen him working in diverse environments, including the demanding oil fields, where he expertly managed the lifting of multimillion-pound oil rigs.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tim is deeply committed to his community. He actively volunteers with Blaine Search and Rescue, serves his local church, and participates in mission trips, where he leads others in their faith. A proud United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran, Tim continues to embody the values of service and dedication in all aspects of his life.

A devoted husband and father of three, Tim cherishes spending time outdoors with his family, engaging in activities like hunting, camping, and visiting the gun range. His passion for the outdoors and his unwavering commitment to both his family and community make him an integral part of GC CRANE’s team.
